So what is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a new age Fermented Tea drink with Asian origins back to 200BC! Originally called the "Tea of Immortality" as it is rumoured that a Chinese Doctor brought the tea to the Japanese Emperor in 414AD to aid with his digestion issues. Since then it was known as "Kombu's Tea" or "KombuCha" and the traditional elixir has been praised through the centuries for its health benefits.

Kombucha comes from a SCOBY (a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeasts)... so this means is packing a punch full of gut friendly probiotic cultures. The drink has been praised for it's antioxidant and antimicrobial properties too!

Not only is Kombucha super healthy but it tastes delicious and we think this is a great alternative to fizzy and alcoholic drinks!

Only using the best ingredients at Phat Kat's Kitchen, we make sure that the traditional brewing methods are used to ensure our Kombucha contains live bacteria and yeasts. We never pasteurise or heavily filter our brews so that all the goodness is never lost.

Why not try a bottle today and see what all the fuss is about? I guarantee you won't be disappointed....
